First I was very unhappy about my booking experience since the booklet that you can download on Tourradar did not include all the information that is in the booklet which you get from the tour operator. E.g. there was no information about additional costs involved, weight limits for luggage etc. that you can not see from the booklet on Tourradar. The booklet from the tour operator you get only AFTER booking, so I was quite surprised about EXTRA COSTS and LIMITATIONS. Reaching out to Tourradar I got a feedback including an explanation and since they agreed that there was no price transparency, I got a price reduction. I appreciate that Tourradar took my concerns serious and acted accordingly. That's customer friendly. Thank you.
