Extremely unhappy with the quality of shoe and even more unhappy with the customer service. I recently ordered converse white leather high top shoes, I loved these shoes when I first bought them but within a matter of 5 wears the sole lining the sides of the shoe almost entirely peeled away from the shoe itself, I’ve never experienced this issue with converse before, after years of wear, leaving me to believe they must be counterfeit. When I attempted to discuss a refund or a replacement in the instance of a faulty pair I heard nothing back. I have attempted contact 3 times since and have received nothing back, unbelievably they claim to respond within 24 hours!! Poor quality, appalling service... no service at all!
