“I’ve been trying to get a refund from this company for several weeks now without success. I have an item in new on used condition ordered size 8 wide fit received standard fit by mistake. They did not fit so I want to return but the company will not send me a return label they keep telling me to email an email address that is invalid so the emails just bounce back to me. They reply to me on Facebook, but won’t send a return label on Facebook and they won’t send one direct to my email address without me first emailing the invalid email address. They’ve asked for my order number a number of times I reply with the order number and then communication just stops. I’ve sent them photos of proof of delivery of the item in a new and unused condition and of the money coming out of my bank account.”

“I ordered an item for Christmas and paid extra for express delivery to ensure it arrived on time. Unfortunately, the item never arrived. After sending several emails to inquire about the status, I was finally informed that the item was missing. They offered a full refund, but there was no apology or explanation provided—just a straightforward refund offer. This lack of communication left me feeling very disappointed, especially since I was counting on this gift for the holiday season. It’s frustrating when a company promotes a service or product that they cannot deliver. When I requested an apology, I received a poorly written email filled with spelling mistakes. The response did not adequately address my concerns or provide any reason for the issue. After that, all communication ceased, and my follow-up emails went unanswered. I strongly advise against using this company based on my experience.”

“Two months ago, I invested 198,000 dollars in this brokerage company. I genuinely believed it was a legal and safe broker until I tried to withdraw my funds. I managed to make an additional 80,000 dollars on the first day. And that same day, I submitted a withdrawal request. However, it still hasn’t been processed, all my money was on pending, The scammers at this company kept on ignoring me and refuse to return my money. I recently found out that this is a new scam broker with no reputation. The claim of 10 years in business was just a fabrication. The company operates illegally and unethically. They don’t care about the well-being of their clients. They steal money and never return it. I can't let it go cause it was a lot for me to lose.. I reported them to the U.S secret service who eventually I got referred by a man called alexi victim with an email address alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who was able to recover all my money but this company who operates this criminal acts are still at run.”

“Don't use this company if you plan on returning anything. I bought a couple of pairs of boots from this company because I wasn't sure on size and intended to return the pair that didn't fit. The boots were returned within a day of receiving them. However 20 days after the company received the return I have still not received my money. I have emailed multiple times and have finally received an email to say my money will be refunded, in 3 to 5 days. How is this acceptable. Nearly a month to receive a refund! I will NEVER use this company again as it is just not acceptable”

“Absolutely appalling, my order never arrived and Evri their courier of choice even confirmed they had lost the parcel and Tower London still won’t refund me. Avoid do not purchase anything from them. Disgusting customer service.”

“Bought a pair of trainers, stitching came loose a few weeks later I contacted tower to arrange a return, they asked for photos of the loose stitching, which I sent. I was offered 10% off the price of my trainers instead of a return, Ridiculous.I wouldn't use tower London again.”

“Habe Schuhe bestellt. Diese waren leider zu klein. Auf mehrfacher Anfrage bezüglich des Rücksendeetiketts habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Eine Telefonnummer war nicht zu finden auf der Homepage. Habe die Schuhe an den Absender zurück geschickt und anscheinend sind die Schuhe verschwunden und ich soll das Geld und die Mahnkosten zahlen obwohl ich ein Rücksendebelg der Post habe. Das Betrüger. Bitte nicht drauf reinfallen.”

“Tower sell 2nds. They do not give returns or refunds. Told me my crocs which were too small had been worn which is untrue sending pictures. I have asked the bank to stop payment and opened dispute as goods sent were "not as expected" buyer protection.”

“My partner brought a pair of Veju trainers for Xmas. Within 3 months the back of the heels had worn through. I asked customer services for help and they said as it wasn’t a “manufacturing fault” there could be no exchange. However wearing a pair of trainers weekly should last longer than this. Especially if you compare them with my running trainers which I work out in and run in 3-5 times a week last a year and then need replacing….. really disappointed and want other customers to know this issue so they can be considered where they are purchasing goods from”

“I never received the shoes that I ordered and after a few email attempts to get back in contact with this seller they have stopped communication now when I go to the site it tells me it doesn't exist anymore. I disputed this with my bank and somehow the company was able to say that I did get my order. I am sure it was some kind of fake document they provided. Stay away from this place if they pop up in your feed and do not order anything from them. Not even if it is free!!! Order was never received No carrier delivered it EVER was not damaged due to bever receiving How many days did delivery take... Funny well now it has been 74 days and counting Communicated with the company by email and after 2-3 emails the company stopped communicating and disappeared.”

“I have been looking for the new balance black and cream 327 trainers for months and unfortunately are sold out everywhere. When I found them on tower London I bought a pair of the new balance 327 trainers immediately. I have had them for two weeks and worn twice, the dye on the back of the sole and the 'N' on the shoe for newbalance is running off either new balance can't make trainers or tower London are selling fake trainers. I would not recommend this trainer/ shoe shop to anyone. I spoke to Customer service with plenty of pictures not really thinking it was a big deal maybe they explain manufacturing issue or some good excuse for me to except paying over £100 for trainer ive had for two weeks and now can't wear. No I got nothing they said its not a manufacturing issue, they are just worn! After 2 weeks they are dripping dye because of wear and tear. Scam don't buy, save your money”

“Good sale, but worst customer service you can get. Sent a faulty product back which I even showed pictures on live chat to (got transcript) - to be told “not faulty” - dishonesty is how you lose customers. Avoiding you guys here on out.”

“While the customer support at first was very polite, they are completely misleading. It cleary said online that the price includes shipping, fees and taxes. The customs tax were however not reimbursed as this was not included according to them. How can taxes and fees be included but custom taxes not? In the end, I paid for a shoe worth CHF 170 more than CHF 240. Would never ever order from them again and not recommend them to anyone!”
