This has been the single worst experience I’ve encountered purchasing anything online.
I ordered Doc Martins boots, they not only arrived ridiculously late but were 3 sizes too small. Assuming this was an honest mistake I contacted the company, sent photos and went to the post office to return. Once I got there I noticed the box didn’t have the right returns info. So I called Tower Londons customer service line only to be met with rude, unhelpful and all around condescending staff. After a long and arduous process, a collection was arranged at my house. I waited 4 hrs later than the time booked, then the courier refused to collect, again because of a lack of returns info. This went on for another four collections. I called and emailed multiple times and was ignored. When I finally got through they asked me to pay for a collection which I refused. This went on for 2 weeks until they finally agreed to send another courier without charging me for the return.
Now, two months later they claim to have lost the return and are not only refusing to pay me the money I paid for the incorrect shoes but they’re completely ignoring me.
At a loss I contacted Doctor Martins directly and they informed me this wasn't new and that there isn't anything they can do as it's a private contract with Tower London and not Doctor Martins.
I’ve been lead around endless circles and am now being ignored while the company hold my money. So unless you want to be stressed, insulted and out of pocket, avoid using this company at all costs.
