Don't use this company if you plan on returning anything. I bought a couple of pairs of boots from this company because I wasn't sure on size and intended to return the pair that didn't fit. The boots were returned within a day of receiving them. However 20 days after the company received the return I have still not received my money. I have emailed multiple times and have finally received an email to say my money will be refunded, in 3 to 5 days. How is this acceptable. Nearly a month to receive a refund! I will NEVER use this company again as it is just not acceptable
