They offered a full refund, but there was no apology or explanation provided—just a straightforward refund offer.
This lack of communication left me feeling very disappointed, especially since I was counting on this gift for the holiday season. It’s frustrating when a company promotes a service or product that they cannot deliver.
When I requested an apology, I received a poorly written email filled with spelling mistakes. The response did not adequately address my concerns or provide any reason for the issue. After that, all communication ceased, and my follow-up emails went unanswered.
I strongly advise against using this company based on my experience.
