I’ve been trying to get a refund from this company for several weeks now without success. I have an item in new on used condition ordered size 8 wide fit received standard fit by mistake. They did not fit so I want to return but the company will not send me a return label they keep telling me to email an email address that is invalid so the emails just bounce back to me. They reply to me on Facebook, but won’t send a return label on Facebook and they won’t send one direct to my email address without me first emailing the invalid email address. They’ve asked for my order number a number of times I reply with the order number and then communication just stops. I’ve sent them photos of proof of delivery of the item in a new and unused condition and of the money coming out of my bank account.
