Lemieux & Son Toyota doesn't seem to care about their customers. My 2023 Tundra engine turned off on me as I was on my way up-north last week. The next day, Don advised me the engine was seized, and that it would a while before I received my truck back. Don advised me that Lemieux & Son Toyota doesn’t give out loaner vehicles, but offered a small vehicle (sedan) through Enterprise Rent-a-Car. After ENDLESS calls with this dealership, as well as Toyota Corporate, I was continuously told they wouldn't cover a loaner vehicle comparable to my Toyota Tundra with a seized engine, which has less than 34,000 miles. I use my truck daily to make a living, and with the over 100,000 Toyota Tundra engine recalls, it's only right they cover a loaner vehicle truck of comparable size. -Avery
