I have used Travelodge for years but found my recent experience very aggravating.
1. I knew the one I wanted in London, Blackheath Rd, and looked for Greenwich, but no clear identification.
2. Worse, when I came to pay I had great difficulty getting past PayPal, which I don't like, to get to my Credit card
