The room was clean and the staff helpful. The food was fine - nothing 5* but fine to fill you up after a long day at work. I found the pillows too firm for my liking, the traffic noise woke me at 5.00 a.m. but that is because I live in the countryside where there is no traffic! The hallways were in serious need of cleaning but generally, it is reasonable value for money.
