Just had to re-arrange a booking I made for yesterday costing £110, changed to 7th Oct costing today £67.99! I was charged an extra £10 for the privilege costing me £120! But you had the cheek to send me out a revised invoice for £88.99! As the room was £78.99 when I changed the booking on Friday! That’s wrong because you’ve charged me £120 so surely the invoice should reflect the price I’ve paid. Not making it look like you were going to refund me the difference!! Yes I know it’s in the Ts&Cs! Plus whatever you charged me on the phone to amend my booking as I was unable to do this online via Manage Booking like I was told on thr first phone call! 😡
