Using the London City Airport Travelodge as semi-permanent housing for residents from a social services needs background will in the long term seriously impact your image, I for example will be telling our (international) company travel section to avoid this hotel for that very reason.
I have had very pleasant stays in other lodged throughout the UK over the past few decades and this was by far the worst I have experienced.
