I stayed at your Slough Travelodge from 27th July 2023 until Saturday 29th July. Upon leaving as I always do I stripped the beds in advance for the cleaners. I wish I had not!!! I was almost sick. To think I had actually paid money to sleep on that bed and step barefoot on that carpet has left me feeling extremely upset. To add to this I sensitively and discreetly informed the staff at the desk who gave me the email address to email my complaint. This complaint was acknowledged and then has been ignored with no outcome whatsoever. I travel very frequently and 9 times out of 10 always choose to stay with you. I am sorry to have to leave this feedback, but due to NOT having a resolution I have no choice. I do not want to have to do further public reviews. I cannot believe the lack of response to such a serious complaint. I have 3 images that I don't want others to have to see, so PLEASE can I be acknowledged and have this matter resolved?
