Lovely friendly staff on desk, allowed me to drop my bag off hours before check in.
Arrived back half hour before check in time and was prepared to wait but got checked in and handed key- boy was I ready to put my feet up.
Had issue with key card not allowing access to corridor but staff member sorted it out with a smile and quickly and I was back on my way to my room.
Lovely clean hotel, smells clean too 👌🏻
