I have only used them once.
It started badly, I received a partially used air freshener in a box with no packaging that looked like it had been tampered with.
I wrote to them.
I received a very quick response apologizing for this.
The next day I was told a replacement was on it's way, I could bin what I had received and that I was being given a gift voucher.
All in all I am impressed with them.
