I have tried to contact TRUE RELIGION multiple times in regards to my order since FEBRUARY and have been unsuccessful!! My order was sent to the wrong address in a completely different state and I received his. How do you get a females order and a males order in a different stated confused is beyond me! Let alone how do you close the call center close to the end of the pandemic but in the thick of the pandemic it was open?!?!? TRUE RELIGION says to get in contact with them is to email BUT you don't respond! Now, I've been out of my product and my MONEY that I've worked hard for which as a customer is UNFAIR and UNACCEPTABLE is not RIGHT! I have sent well over 20 emails and NOTHING has happened to solve this matter or issue! this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
