“Mohammed Reez Amod. Thank you so much for the amazing service, for going above your way to exceeding my customer expectations and making sure that I am happy and receive my order timeously. An issue that took days for some to be resolved, for you it took a few hours and made sure I’m given feedback everytime, even called after hours, and made sure service delivery was a 100. May we have more people like you on the customer service and management side. Even though I was angry at first your whole aura and professionalism would not allow me. Thank you for the amazing service once again God bless you.”

“This is the worst customer service ever. You cannot get help if you need it. I purchased gift cards for my daughter through the online store and cannot find the original email they sent. I have been trying to get copies for a week now. I have texted and I have emailed, as they do not have a number to speak to anyone. They tell me they resent the gift cards, I tell them no they haven't. I showed proof of my inbox (pics sent through text), proof of my spam, proof of my search of true religion in my mailbox. I am at my wit's end, and at this point, it's theft on their part as they have 350 of mine that I cannot seem to get back. I will never purchase anything from them again.”

“Worst costume service I ever encountered! Super shady answers and don’t give any clarification . I’ve ordered a pair of jeans on their site ,they later shipped me the wrong color, and changed the name of the color on their site ! Nothing I’ve done helped me get any compensation. I sent them screenshots and proof and all they do is send automated emails and then end the conversation. By far worst experience I had shopping online”

“I placed the order and have my old shipping address on there soon as I noticed this two minutes later, I tried to contact True religion. To change my shipping address. They told me after the order was processed but they couldn’t do anything to help. My package was delivered to the wrong address and stolen. True religion has no one to talk to you on the phone. Their company is a big scam people make mistakes about shipping addresses all the time. When you’re ordering hundreds of dollars in clothing there should be a way to help out the consumer.”

“I ordered a package on 04/26 ground shipping I was suppose to receive that package on 05/03 did not receive the package and customer service states it would be delivered on May 12th Customer Service Dept suck real bad.. 04/26 ordered alleged delivery day 05/12 🤦🏾‍♀️”

“I purchased a hoodie and love it only have worn it a few times and noticed the front of it has a red material like velvet and its coming off. for the price paid for it I am very disappointed and did not expect this to happen for the price and quality of clothes. I would definitely be thinking twice about purchasing anything again from True Religion.”

“I ordered over $600 worth of items for my family for Christmas. On December 17th I received a notice that they were delivered by FedEx. The items will never delivered. I contacted True Religion they tell me to contact FedEx. I contacted FedEx and since I wasn't the sender I wasn't able to obtain any information. I went back to True Religion and explain to them what FedEx said. We are now in the middle of January trying to find out about my package. Finally I get a response, the only way to deal with true religion is through emails at their convenience, and they told me I had to make a police report in order for them to do anything. By this time it is too late to file a police report since it happened way before Christmas and we were now entering February. I love one star because it wouldn't let me put a review with no stars. I am still out over $600. I did not want a refund all I wanted was the items replaced. I do not have a lot of money and $600 is quite a bit for me to lose that's half my rent. I will not be buying True Religion ever again regardless of my children.”

“Sorry I had to say this. I'm a true religion girl. But I hate to say for the pass year the quality has dropped tremendously. One wash and it no more. The sweat suites forget it. I have purchased so much. Now I have to wear them in the house. True religion stop taking low quality fabric and designing it. Stop just stop... returns horrible.... just saying”

“To whom it may concern I am really upset because I spent over 800$ with you all an doing the Xmas holidays got most of my order but 2 outfits are missing totaling about $300 I can’t get in contact with no one to talk about the issue I would like to do business with you all’s again but this is so unprofessional FedEx is who delivered part of order”
