I ordered over $600 worth of items for my family for Christmas. On December 17th I received a notice that they were delivered by FedEx. The items will never delivered. I contacted True Religion they tell me to contact FedEx. I contacted FedEx and since I wasn't the sender I wasn't able to obtain any information. I went back to True Religion and explain to them what FedEx said. We are now in the middle of January trying to find out about my package. Finally I get a response, the only way to deal with true religion is through emails at their convenience, and they told me I had to make a police report in order for them to do anything. By this time it is too late to file a police report since it happened way before Christmas and we were now entering February. I love one star because it wouldn't let me put a review with no stars. I am still out over $600. I did not want a refund all I wanted was the items replaced. I do not have a lot of money and $600 is quite a bit for me to lose that's half my rent. I will not be buying True Religion ever again regardless of my children.

Sorry I had to say this. I'm a true religion girl. But I hate to say for the pass year the quality has dropped tremendously. One wash and it no more. The sweat suites forget it. I have purchased so much. Now I have to wear them in the house. True religion stop taking low quality fabric and designing it. Stop just stop... returns horrible.... just saying

To whom it may concern I am really upset because I spent over 800$ with you all an doing the Xmas holidays got most of my order but 2 outfits are missing totaling about $300 I can’t get in contact with no one to talk about the issue I would like to do business with you all’s again but this is so unprofessional FedEx is who delivered part of order

Don’t order from True Religion they will rip you off. The clothes isn’t worth the money, the customer service is absolutely horrible and they don’t accept international returns. You have to cover the return yourself and you’ll never get your money back once item is returned. They claimed Bankruptcy twice cause it’s not a popular brand anymore and it’s over priced and not worth the cost.

Their quality has gone WAY down in the past 3 years. I bought my husband a sweatshirt and after one wash and hang dry the stitching is coming lose. I asked for a replacement and was denied. For a company that made over 400 million in 2023 you'd think they'd remember it's due to the COMSUMER. After purchasing many pairs of jeans, shirts, hoodies and beanies I will never purchase from them again. There's a reason they're not open for google reviews. You'll get better quality and customer service from Target.

Review for True Religion: 0 Stars I have never been more disappointed with a company’s customer service. We’ve been trying for days to get in touch with a live person, and it’s impossible. True Religion provided a number to text and an email to request a return label, but we haven’t received anything. Without a return label, we can’t even send the item back. It’s beyond frustrating that a company with such a big reputation and famous people promoting their brand would have such poor customer service. You’d think they’d care about their customers and work harder to keep their business afloat. Unfortunately, I’ll never order from this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Absolutely zero stars. True Religion needs to step up their game.

Never buy from True Religion clothing company!! They have the worst communication and customer support. I've order five items from them and it shipped out but while it was shipping out it went all around the East coat when I'm here in California, they are horrible in emailing you back and terrible at everything with their services!! Don't buy from this company this is probably why they've went out of commission twice!!

I purchased a varsity jacket online and they sent a hat instead…I’ve emailed customer service and STILL haven’t received any response…I’ve spent so much money with them for the holidays and this is the thanks I get…make sure you have money to just gamble with when making a purchase

Terrible customer service. Do not buy any items. Nothing is true to size If you have to do a return you might not get a refund. It is almost impossible to reach customer service. The items are too expensive to not being able to reach customer service. When you finally get in contact with them they are no help.

True Religion, am so disappointed I brought so many outfits from them, but one of it was so big on me, so I returned it same day it was received, up till now since November I haven’t received my refund for $100

They don't do returns past 30days even through the holidays. I would tell everyone to avoid purchasing through the holidays for presents. Specially since alot of items vary in size smaller or bigget.

I want to express how HORRIBLE MY EXPERIENCE was online shopping with TRUE RELIGION. I placed an order on Dec 6th and it was shipped Dec 9th. Today’s date is Dec26th and still did not receive my order. Instead I’ve experienced the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER REPS VIA THE TEXT APP…MEGAN E…AMY W…JADE M….ERIN G and LYNDA G…i reached out several times when I noticed my package wasn’t moving and instead of calling fedex and having my package expedited…they just kept giving me the run around until Dec23rd when a refund was issued. I expressed SEVERAL TIMES I DID NOT WANT THE REFUND BUT JUST TO CALL FEDEX AND HAVE MY PACKAGE EXPEDITED. It seems it would be cheaper to expedite the package vs issuing a refund. After all that i was told that i would still receive the package after holidays due to fedex having delays. But when i spoke to fedex today they advised me that the items were being returned to the sender. This was the worst experience in my life. Instead of ensuring that I received my order, you guys just issued a refund and dismissed all the troubles and waiting i have been doing for the last 3weeks. You advised me that i could reorder the items but THEY ARE SOLD OUT IN MY SIZES NOW AND WHY WOULD I WANT TO REORDER SOMETHING THAT NEVER CAME IN THE FIRST PLACE?. I thought the objective is to sell clothes & make customers happy, NOT USE THE CHEAPEST SHIPPING METHOD THEN TREAT PEOPLE HORRIBLY WHEN THEY DO NOT GET WHAT THEY PAID FOR. A refund defeats the whole purpose in shopping online. i didn’t shop online just to spend 3 weeks waiting on a package that never came. I’m sure the owner would not appreciate how this business is being ran and I intend to EMAIL CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL MY EXPERIENCE IS HEARD AND RECTIFIED

Ordered on 12/20 for overnight shipping. Hadn’t received package on 12/23 & it showed delayed in Memphis, TN for more than a day. They wouldn’t refund the shipping cost. Looking at my invoice they overcharged on the shipping like they added taxes on to it. My package arrived on 12/24 tore up & tape all over it. I had ordered 12 items and only 3 were in the package with the packing slip showing 12 items. I called FedEx they said they couldn’t do anything & to have TR file a claim. They don’t even have a customer service # they only have text or email. I’m wondering if it’s TR or FedEx that’s doing this because the shipping sticker showed packaged weighed 3lbs & I weighed the 3 items & they were 2.8lbs so it seems TR didn’t even send all items to begin with or FedEx lost/stole them & redid the shipping info.

I have been trying and trying to get someone to help me. I bought some jeans and sweatpants and need to return them. I followed directions to get the return labels but it errors out when I try to access them. I have emailed customer service multiple times with my order number and screenshot of the issue. NO one will help me. Instead I just get a return email saying that the issue is closed with a link to where to get a return label... which you cannot do once you have already asked for one. I reply saying it is not closed and I still need help but then no one answers. I have been a customer for over 30 years but that is about to come to an end unless I can get some help. I even tried facebook .. no one even bothers to answer you there either. BAD customer service

I prdered from True Religion in the past with no problem. I recently ordered and the items do not fit. I put in the information for a return label and the label was suppose to be emailed. Well I never received the label You can only get 1 label per order. I have been emailing and trying to chat with no replies to either. This is really bad especially for the amount of money people are spending. Do better True Religion this is not good business. I need a response.
