I should've read the reviews before ordering anything from TR. They don't have cancellations policy's at all!!!! You are not able not only cancel your order before it shipped, but even contact their customer service. THEY DON'T HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have only chat-bots that automatically reply you back. I spent whole day trying to reach somebody from TR through the SMS Text (they don't have a phone!!!!!!!), chat, emails, etc, but only on Facebook page I got the response after 10 hours. Short message that they are not able to cancel any orders after they were placed! Guys - it is 21 century!! Any other stores are customer friendly! Worse experience ever! Never ever will buy something from this brand and will never recommend!
