I bought a $179 pair of jeans. The back flap button came off, I contacted True Religion for a replacement button and provided a picture of the jeans and the button. They will not replace the button without the receipt! I purchased the jeans over a year ago and don't knkw where the receipt is as I did not expect for the button to come off a pair of jeans that I $179 for..this is very poor customer service!!
