I placed an order without logging in. The system automatically picked up my old residence and I didn’t see an address box so I assumed it was my current. The reason I assumed was because I had placed previous orders and they were all updated. However, that’s not what happened. Upon completion, I immediately noticed the old address and contacted them to change it. I was told they would send my request to the warehouse. I went to my email and saw the automated confirmation and the old address and decided to reach out again, this time through text. There was not one number that was working properly, first red flag. The second red flag was when through text someone was rude and unapologetic about changing it. He or she then went on to say it’s only out of curtesy we change it, second red flag. So I asked for a refund, she then tells me we don’t cancel or refund and for me to just dispute it with my bank, third red flag. Yes, and that would mean after it finishes pending. The order would be well on its way. …but I could just let them deal with the loss product. I mean if you have poor customer service why can’t I be a horrible customer at this point?
I have never spoken to a more lazier customer service and company that refuses to be more helpful to customers than what suits their needs. I don’t shop here for myself, only my son, but he’s going to have to find a different brand.
