NEVER order from here. I placed an order on Black Friday and I never received shipping confirmation until about 10 days later when it said “shipping label created” with that I assumed due to lots of ordered it would be delayed by a little but it’s been WEEKS. Its Dec 21st and still no update. I contacted customer service and they said they can’t do anything about it because it’s been created so I have to wait to see what the warehouse decides to do??? I can’t even get a refund because the label has been created and it’s out of their control. Ridiculous.
