The worst customer service over the phone i have ever received? I made 2 orders nearly 2 weeks before Christmas and delivery states 3 to 4 working days to deliver bit is a lie. My orders kept stating Unable to fufill and other order stated pending shipping but everytime i called which was more then five time during that 2 weeks speaking to the following guy's Ivy, Michelle, Noraina, Denisse and Mark who constantly tried to tell me Unable to fufill meant they are still looking into the warehouses they have to get the product it is not cancelled. I kept repeating every time i call to them that listen if u cant give me the order just tell me so i can buy alternative gifts foe christmas and new years but they insited it will be sorted and couple said i will get my order regardless which was a lie. I have bee a True Religion loyal customer for a long time but after this exper2i do not know if i will continue being a customer. Just today i have called in again and spoke to Aya who alteast have to give it to her spoke the truth and said my orders are being cancelled to my frustration, also am waiting to call back and speak to their Supervisor. She also told me the call centre is based in Philippines which could be a big factor of some customer service advisors may not understand the plain meaning of UNABLE TO FUFILL instead of making me look like i dont understand what im on about from the UK. I am really frustrated and disappointed with True Religion this time around.😖
