Courier partners used for deliveries is not reliable. Courier partner is 20 minutes away from me yet my parcel has been with them for over a week. My order is over the delivery time frame. It seems like getting orders delivered to customers is no longer a priority. Order don`t only get delivered late it also gets delivered in drips and drabs. Truworths is dropping the ball when it comes to customer service.
