I regret to inform this department about the poor service that I have received at Truworths Upington and I as a customer wanted to give them the opportunity to make this rite. I bought a item for my wife last week as the slip is attached to this email, but the item had quite some errors and did not suit my wife's needs.I immediately questioned the products standard and durability of the product as my wife did not wear it once, but have put both shoes on at home to fit and removed it immediately because it was not comfortable. So upon taking it back as a customer with an account I thought I could be help. But to my disappointment the Manager Ruzan Bok, and Area Manager: Elkay Mkiva turned me away, forgetting to serve Truworths customers and at the same time loosing me to ever buying from Truworths again. I myself is a Store manager at TFG and understand about how policy works and how important it is to serve our customers, but never have I expect this poor service from Truworths Upt. They would loose a customer instead of writing off a poor item
