I received a truworths Account card to be activated by post with promotional vouchers. This is quite concerning as I did not request for an account and how on earth did Truworths get hold of my name, surname and Address. I do not have any retail accounts, and this is such an easy way to fall into the Identity theft trap. This coming from a reputable store just baffles the mind. An utter failure of complying to the POPI Act
