Had a great experience at Truworths Phillipi. The staff was the brand of the company. My wife and I was welcomed like royalty. They new how to deal with clients. All smiles and warmth the whole time. Then we went to Truworths Promenade. The staff had mother's meeting. They refused to assist us. When we ask for help they avoid us. Never again to Promanade. We left without buying anything even though my wife needed the suit. Philipi only had one and the staff wanted to move mountains for my wife to get the second suit. What made the experience evens more pleasant at Philipi. They called my wife by her name when we stepped in as they kept the suit for her on request.
