I am not happy with Truwoths online service. I placed my order on 28 Novemeber 2022. Today is the 14th December 2022 and I still haven't received my order. I called customer care on 6 December 2022 and the lady told me my order was only placed the Monday 5 December 2022 and should be delivered on Monday 12 December 2022. I called again on Monday the 12th to follow up on my order and I was told the samething, but to date I have not received my order. I have been sending emails and no calls nor response received. I'm so disappointed with Truworths online service and will never ever recommend it to anyone. I am being charged for something I have never received or worn. I have asked for my order to be canceled and still no response.
