I was so disappointed with my purchase from truworths online. The order i made on the 20th May 2023 was disrespect to my money and time. I received my dress with threads torn on the slit and upper back. The price tag was detached from the dress which made it impossible to return the dress or make an exchange. It looked like someone was fitting the dress and it was then torn. With a purchase of almost R800 that was not value for money. Stop giving us the second hand clothes. Respect your customers and appreciate their money and time. Please ensure that your packaging staff value our money is not like they are doing us a favor. If the order I placed today is unsatisfactory I will take my business to other online stores.
