I have been a loyal customer for more than 20years. My payments are always on time and I always it off in 2 or 3 months although my account is over 9 months. On 27th March I wanted to purchase something at Truworths Zevenwacht only to be informed that my account has been blocked. I was so shocked because this has never happened before. I asked them why this was happening and their answer was " it happens sometimes".They then wanted to call the Head Office but I was in a hurry so I said no. It was the most embarrassing moment because there were lots of people behind me. I am closing my account.
