I called the shop (Identity Merino Mall)1501 earlier today to find out about the product i needed to purchace, Unfortunately I couldn't get hold of the shops phone line. Luckily I managed to get the store supervisors contact (Welter Masingi) details and quickly called him. The guy was off duty at home but the moment i told him that i have been struggling to get hold of the shop he immediately stopped whatever he was doing to kindly help me. He Asked what it was that i was seeking to buy, unfortunately for me the item was out of stock on their shop then He called the other shop to find out if they got it. Im really happy and greatful for the Service i got from Welter Masingi, He's been really professional at his job and to think that he went all out to help me even though getting help from a shop that isn't even his.Big up Welter you are a 🌟
