To everyone who shops online I would not advise you to do so with Truworths,I have purchased an item and gave my wife all the necessary documents to collect at Uzzi Festival Mall to my surprise they refused to give her my parcel cause they say rules have changed funny enough it was previously done I would send her to collect on my behave.They seem to be a trend with this kind of service at Festival Mall and the staff felt that they can't ever speak to me over the phone or take my call as well.The number listed for the store does not exist I'm really shocked with this kind of service from such a big company
