All because I couldn't remember when last I bought on my account (since I hardly do) and have my previous cell number on the account which they can't assist me with changing, by the way. This is exactly why I always end up closing these ridiculous accounts. Customer service treats you like a criminal when all you're trying to do is create an online profile to purchase a pair of R3000 sneakers. So glad I read these reviews before ordering online. I think I'll just close the account since I don't owe them anything...
