Worst exchange policy! I have recently received gifts for my newborn baby, unfortunately the person that gifted these has lost the slip. Truworths refuses to exchange them for larger sizes without the receipt even thou items have tags ect. I have changed both edgers and woolworths items and have not received such pathetic service. I will certainly not return to Truworths! They should be moving with time.. forward and not backwards! I'm now forced to sit with items that will never fit my baby. What a waste.
