The true test of a company is how they perform when things go wrong. I purchased a large Scribbled Angelfish from TSM. Fish arrived fat & healthy. However, for the first few days, she was swimming erratically and wouldn’t eat. I reached out to TSM to try and troubleshoot. After sending a video and some back and forth communication, we figured out I had a small stray current running through my tank. Not strong enough to shock me, but enough for my multimeter to pick up. I added a ground probe, took out the faulty pump and voila! Scribbled is absolutely crushing everything I throw at her. They even went as far as responding after hours. Definitely a return customer, thanks again for all your help!
