The fish showed up in perfect condition, all of them are eating, have really nice color and the perfect size.The packaging was a heavy-duty Styrofoam container, with heat packs, and all the fish were double bagged with lots of water. The reason for 4 stars is that one fish didn’t make it threw quarantine, so I didn’t receive that fish. I thought they purchased multiples of the fish you requested for that reason, so that was vary disappointing. I will purchase fish from there again.
