I ordered twice - one in early and the other in mid December. I asked for both orders to be shipped together and the earlier order delayed to ship the same time as the latter. No confirmation if my request was possible. Both orders were to be shipped on January 20. I still haven't heard word of shipment by January 27 so I emailed them. Due to several weather related delays, fish didn't go out till February 9. Out of 3 fish I ordered, they couldn't find one of them for some reason. Cost of fish was promptly refunded. Fish came on February 10 (basically 2 months after ordering), fat, healthy, and eating the next day they were in the tank. Overall communication could be better but the quality of fish were excellent.
