I don’t want to leave a bad review as your customer service is great. I did however run into issues. I know some things are out of your hands. Of the 5 fish on my last order 3 of them died within 24 hours. They were put in a system with about 25 other peaceful fish that have all gone through my own quarantine tank in the past year and I have not had a single death in that system in the past 8 months or so. To be clear I do lose fish all the time (probably a third) in quarantine but once they make it through they have been good to go in my main system which is where these guys went. (2 of the fire fish and the coral beauty did not make it)
