Everything arrived as expected; nothing to worry about since their quarantine procedures are the best. We are first time reefers and had some apprehension about the coral aspect of things. After we received our Zoas (one frag broke in transit, which we were able to salvage) we were quite disappointed with the fact they didn’t open right away. Like parents with a new baby, we reached out right away to see what we were doing wrong. The email customer service was expedient in their reply to us, reminding us that just like the fish they may take some time to open up, took some readings from us so they could start to troubleshoot on their end. Fortunately everything opened and is now flourishing but it was nice to have that safety net with a company that cares about their customers and what they have purchased. While the delivery is expensive it arrived on the day and time of our choosing that TSM coordinated with us to ensure our product (fish and corals) got to us safe and sound. We live in south Florida so had those hundreds of dollars of fish sat out in the 100 degree heat our fish and coral would have died. THANKS TSM!
