To make matters worse, they don't tell you until the end that you have to wash the car before you return it. The car was totally clean, but there was some dust from sitting under a tree outside. A car wash costs minimum of $25 in Los Angeles, add a tip plus the time to drive to the car wash and sit and wait for it, so not worth it.
