Whatever you do, you don’t want to rent from Chunjie And his white Sienna van. I called him 30 days before the actual rental date to confirm that he would deliver the van to my home. I waited at my home and apparently he had tried to get in touch with me through text message instead of calling me directly, all of a sudden, he doesn’t show up. He says that he was trying to get in touch with me to tell me that he could no longer deliver the van to my home. That’s what cell phones are for direct communication with the customer so that’s an excuse right there! Meanwhile, my Guests are waiting at the airport after arriving at 5:30 AM no-show, no excuses and no help while my guests have been at the airport for two long hours and it’s 7:30 now!
The van was supposed to be delivered to me at 6:30 AM. This is the kind of horrible experience that you don’t want to experience if you’re going to rent from CHUNJIE! It’s a good thing my son came to the rescue and grabbed their suitcases, put them in an Uber, which is obviously more trustworthy than TURO and got them to the hotel after they were completely exhausted waiting around for a ride that NEVER happened! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
Their customer service SUCKS because Caren Never got back to me with any message from CHUNJIE! Do you really want to deal with a business who doesn’t care about their customers? I’ll leave it up to you if you want to rent from someone who can barely speak English and has ZERO communication skills! If I were you, I’d take an UBER or a LYFT to make sure there are NO SURPRISES to ruin your vacation!
