I was unable to get the $554.39 used for the repairs on damages caused by a Turo guest & Turo did not make any effort to make the guest pay for the damages.
My Sienna which seats 8 people was rented by Natu Natuka and when it was returned back at the Edmonton International Airport, I noticed there were actually 11 occupants in the vehicle and this excessive loading resulted in damages to my vehicle.
Neither Turo nor Natu agreed to fix my vehicle. So beware of renting your vehicle to Natu if ever decide to host your vehicle on Turo.
