I ordered some thing on Black Friday and a week and a half later it was still stuck in El Paso ( it hadn’t moved for a full week). I contacted customer service to see if they could do anything to help and heard back within a day that they were express shipping a replacement item for me and FedEx just knocked on my door for me to sign for it. Here well before Christmas, which was the goal. Thank you so much for all of your help!
