Shoes arrived in a FedEx bag. No box for protection, so they were squished. ( softer style loafer- Hey Dudes- not cheap!) Which really is embarrassing when one is giving them as a gift. Since they arrived a day later than I was expecting, I had flight reservations and had to leave. When I returned from my Christmas with family I picked them up from my FedEx drop off location and had to send them USPS since they were my sons Christmas gift. Meaning another shipping fee for me. I tried to call customer service, but couldn’t reach anyone. My only option was so to “leave a message for a call back”. That call came the next day and basically the rep said, “oh that’s not our fault, that must have been FedEx, we ship everything in the original package” That is Tyler’s for taking responsibility! You could have offered to reimburse my second shipping, offered to replace the squished shoes, or maybe even I little discount for my ruined product??? I don’t know…. Do not order unless you are desperate (like I was) because if you have a problem they will not care to resolve or make things “right”.
