I placed an order on 10/29, order #170284. I ordered size 7. You shipped size 6. I received the wrong size shoes within a week. I tried at least 10 times to call your customer service during the stated business hours on your message I receive when calling. No matter when I called, the message gives me “normal” business hours but no one ever answers the phone. I left a message with all my information. I received an email reply a few days later on 11/07 letting me know you received my voice message, apologized for the error, sent me a shipping label to return the wrong size, and said the correct size would be sent to me. The email was sent to me on 11/07. The wrong size shoes were returned on 11/08. I have received no further communication to let me know if the wrong size was received or when the correct size will be sent back out to me. Today is 11/18, well past the week it took for the original wrong size to get to me. Today I replied to the email I received with the shipping label on 11/07 asking for an update. Not a good customer experience and very poor communication.
One of your survey questions asked should be if the order was correct, and if no, was the error resolved timely.
