We purchased one shirt in store and request a o order a another, as it wasn't available in the size we needed in-store.
Instead of receiving the shirt we ordered, we received the same shirt we purchased in store.
I've contacted Racquet and Jog in Tyler twice in an attempt to get directions to begin a return, but the manager is never in when I call, and no one has returned my call. I don't live in Tyler, so I need mail order directions, and our 30 day return time period is up soon.
Incredibly poor customer service, especially given the money we spend. I'm going to have to waste a half day driving back to return a shirt that we didn't order.
