I was wanting to purchase several A3 framed Iconic prints which had been reduced to $5 (showing as still available for that price at some stores). I did an hour round trip to one of the stores showing stock available (Indooroopilly Brisbane) to purchase. The lady who served me said she did have plenty in store but had just put them out the back this morning and was sending them to the DFO store so couldn’t sell any to me!!!! (since when is stock control/transfers more important than the customer in front of you wanting to purchase from you??) I have since rung a store closer to me (Brookside) and they confirmed that they have plenty of stock but they are $39! Apparently they don’t have to sell them at the online advertised price but I can get them for that price through Click & Collect (and collect them around 7th July according to your online information). Does the Cotton On group actually care about customers - it certainly doesn’t appear to.
