Just like all other companies that have anything to do with car services - con artists.
If you require a repair it’s purposely made complicated so the technician can not bring a repair kit and then you have to have a new tyre. It’s then blamed on a technical issue where really they know they are highly unliking going to be turned away for not having a repair kit and know they will get away with putting a new tyre on the car. Repair kits should surely be a basic stock item on the van?
Make a complaint - no one gets back to you via phone or email. It seems that customer support do follow your complaint up but do not tell you anything about it. Instead it’s multiple phone calls and then you have to then explain it to the garage/hub where it’s your word against a technician. So you’re dammed from the start. It’s all lies and then you are accused of being a liar. I’ve shown photos of the screw in my tyre to different companies and it seems the repair could have been carried out. But instead I’ve had to fork out for a new tyre.
I used tyres on the drive multiple times over the years. Without any issues, thinking paying a premium for the services may make a difference. But this experience has put me off. I’d say go else where but everywhere is the same……
