Damaged my car with their jack and the fitter didn't see it right to inform me. I queried it with tyresonthedrive and they just said the damaged was already there.
Now all emails are being ignored from me and the managers are not interested in hearing from me.
They have a clear procedure problem and I advised anyone using them to make sure they take pictures of their car before letting them change tyres, as failure to do this will result to damage to your car and you paying for it.
