ZERO Shocking. I would leave a ZERO rating but am unable too. Very poor, shocking service, I suggest you avoid using this company. I ordered 4 brand new tyres to be fitted and paid the total cost upfront. The fitter arrived and after several minutes advised me that he could not fit my tyres as the jack he had would damage my car. I suggested he use a different jack, however he said he didn’t have one. I even suggested rebooking the appointment so a fitter could return with a correct jack, he said they don’t have such jacks and this is a known issue. I therefore cancelled the order and expected a full refund. They kept back £40. I queried this with the company and after several emails they basically said management have decided there is no further communcation. So I lost £40. I ordered the correct size tyres, my car was in a safe and accessible place and yet they seemed to infer that it was my fault and not their fault that the tyres could not be fitted. I pointed out that a national company should carry a selection of jacks to accommodate the fitting of tyres to various cars. I will never use this company again and I suggest no one else does either.
