If I could give a minus score I would. I ordered a tyre to be fitted, the fitter turned up two hours later than the slot I booked but that’s by the by however, he confirmed that my tyre was in fact repairable and he screwed the screw that was causing the puncture right into my tyre to make a temporary seal, inflated the tyre and confirmed it sealed, so he said go and get it repaired ASAP and he would get Tyres On My Drive to reimburse me as he did not fit the tyre I had already paid for. Well, three weeks later and after a number of emails to Tyres On The Drive asking when my refund will be processed, I have not even been contacted to say that they have received my complaint and it is being even looked at. If this is their level of customer service, I wouldn’t even bother and actually, there’re not that cheap.
